ISO: ISO: Curious1, Thank you so much for the scrumptious "Curried Cream Corn"

It was lipsmacking good!

My husband was sure he wasn't going to like it ("yuck...creamed corn") but after he had it he deemed it a 'company dish'smileys/smile.gif. I went a bit skimpy on the cream - still delicious. In fact, it was wonderful without any cream at all.

Glad he liked it, we really do, I may try it with frozen corn this winter.
