jumping in here for Dawn Yep, this is it. Originally made with mutant size can of tuna. Both

versions are great. Dawn mentioned that the tuna meat was much nicer in large #10 cans--and she was absolutely right.

I have a jar of pickled jalapeno that goes unused except for this dish.

I have done the pickled jalapenos and cilantro in tuna, chicken, egg salad and potato salad; all good.
I make it every week for the FM so it doesn't hold it's appeal to myself or my family anymore.
In fact mayo, acckkkkkkkkkkkk!

 
Made some last night. Family LOVED it! I added a quarter cup of red bell pepper, and...

...a little less mayo.

GREAT combo of flavors, and definitely more than the sum of its parts.

I can see why your customers buy it up!
