They were very good, and we will definitely make them again. I used a 3-1/2 lb. roast and put away 5 more dinners worth in the freezer. It would be perfect for a Superbowl party. Now, if only we followed football...

I am glad you liked them. I didn't use them as sandwiches but rather as burrito

filling. I froze a bunch of it too. A common use for shredded beef like that, in Southern Calif., is in breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, they are called machaca burritos, and are very popular. You can also make burritos with them or enchiladas, and freeze them like that. You could also serve it on rice topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.
