Thanks Lisa! I haven't been making it much lately

because I got so spoiled from buying the pre-chopped from Smart and Final, but this sounds good. It is a little on the cool side here, but no snow, so I think I will do some grilling this week or weekend. Thanks for posting this Lisa. Get some rest!

I used the marinade on the S & F carne asada - I think you'll really enjoy it.
