It was soooo good. I actually used Canadian Turbot because the Tilapia at Whole Foods was very small and very thin. The Turbot looked more like the picture on your blog. It was so quick and easy, what a great dinner. I had some spinach that nned to be used ASAP so I sauteed it with some onion and garlic and served the fish on top of it. I made a beet and orange salad to go alongside. Everything was so colorful and tasty.
