I just bought some from the bulk barrel

at Sunflower Market, and I hear that it's

supposed to be pretty good, as well as

pretty good for you, but I don't really

know what to do with it.

It's supposed to be an ancient form of

durum wheat, but it looks a lot like

rice, so I was thinking along the lines

of maybe something for breakfast, maybe

a side dish, or maybe even a dessert

(kamut pudding?).

Thanks in advance.
