My family enjoys the simple salad from Good Seasons; super easy, but you
really need to enjoy their italian dressing. I have made other dressings, much more ingredients / work, but my mom and dad and sis always ask for this one. It is a very, very forgiving recipe and could use all of your beans. Last time I made it, (Mom's day), I thought the dressing was too strong, so I added more beans / corn.

I make this one a lot- I just open cans, toss together with a few other things and use half low fat Italian dressing and half Pace Picante Sauce. Delicious.

Garbanzos
Kidney beans
baby corn
black olives
chopped or sliced onion
sliced carrots (raw)
red sweet pepper (raw)
cilantro if I have fresh
