ISO: ISO El Tacone Cilantro-Lime Salsa

A couple of weeks ago while in Las Vegas, I bought a chicken wrap at a mall restaurant called El Tacone. It was served with Cilantro-Lime Salsa which I could smear on just about any kind of food, it was so delicious! Is anyone familiar with this chain's salsa, and if so would you have a recipe that is similar to El Tacones? Thre is no tomato in this, and the cilantro isn't that over-powering at all. I'm not a bif fan of cilantro, but this salsa was incredible. I'm still dreaming aboout it.Thanks!

Is it creamy or vinaigrette like? Pale green creamy?

I just happen to be going to Redwood City next week. I could check out the salsa and see if we can replicate it for you. Here's a list of their wraps, which one was it?

Yes, Yes this is it! I had the campfire wrap and smeared it with the cilanro lime salsa!

Edit to add: they have a condiment bar where you can choose your salsa or dressing.

Reporting back....for some reason, they were closed when I got there yesterday. The door

was locked, the lights were on, but no note on the door or anything. Thought it was strange. Will try again the next time I'm down that way.
