I've been asked to provide the dessert at a seder and wanted to try the dessert you were looking for. Couple of questions: 1. Do you "grease and flour" using the matzoh meal instead of flour? 2. How long should the cakes bake? Do you test for doneness like you would with a flour based cake? Thanks in advance for your help.
