Thank you so much, Barbara. I actually have a jar of real Beluga caviar that I need to eat soon

(got it from a russian friend) so I've been looking for a blini recipe that is good. If you had them and liked them, I'm making them. I tasted blinis in Moscow a couple of years ago but heck if I remember what they taste like now. I'm going to make those. Thank you for sharing the recipe smileys/smile.gif
