Not a recipe really but....
Wipe the wings dry and deep fry. If you want you can coat them in a blend of spices like dried cayenne or other peppers and any other flavors you like or you can rinse them, shaking off excess water and toss in flour seasoned with your favorite spices. Deep fry.
In a bowl put a mixture of about 2:1 Frank's Red Hot Sauce (Original) and melted butter - put less butter for more heat or more butter to reduce the heat. If you really want some heat, add a few dashes of cayenne pepper or Tabasco.
Remove wings from fryer and drain for a minute then dump in bowl and toss. Remove and serve.
