Recently we had 15+ move in with us for a few days (this is a very common occurance - and one of the nights I served this chicken. Because the chicken breasts seemed especially big, I pounded them a bit and then cut them into halves or thirds. Well, these babies cooked up so tender and moist - more surface area of marinated chicken per piece (I think. I probably explained that wrong). Anyway - you might want to give it a try. BTW - leftovers are wonderful in a salad
