aka Darlene's Rhubarb Strawberry Coffeecake. Tender moist cake with the rhubarb strawberry filling and buttery crumb top was very delicious. I tried it almost hot (couldn't wait) and it's much better left to cool so it cuts into squares.

The recipe doesn't mention the sugar in the filling directions, so I just added it in.

I was a little worried about the paste you make with cornstarch. I thought I had bad cornstarch, but it was fine.

P.S. the cake rises to the top of a pyrex 9 x 13 pan but didn't spill over.
