This sounds delish, can't wait for tomatoes to come in to the Farmer's Market. I was wondering about the mayo being served on the side. Do you spread the bread with mayo mixture and use to scoop salad or to create an open-faced sandwich? Or maybe each person adds as desired to their serving of salad? I supposed there's no wrong way but I'm just curious how you served it, or if you knew how author intended. Thanks!

Jada, I did not even catch that. Do you think the "Mayo" (as my nana used to say)

Do you think that it can be added directly to the bacon/tomato? I was thinking of making this for a buffet. I am sure the whole idea of spreading the curried mayo on a slice of toasted baguette would be lost.....

BUT, I love the flavors. Any thoughts of incorporating into one big bowl? The Baguette could be croutons....
