I have about two cups of citrus glaze--a dozen lemons, six mandarin oranges, and two limes--boiled until clear with a bunch of sugar. (All that juice is left over from limoncello/mandarincello-making.)

So I envisoned poking a light Bundt cake full of holes and pouring the glaze over it...

Any suggestions for a recipe? smileys/smile.gif

Thanks!

Thanks, Meryl; this looks great. (I have so much glaze, I might make 2 and freeze 1.) smileys/wink.gif

How about marinating chicken breasts in it then grilling? Or ...

skewer the chicken with pineapple chunks, tomatoes, pepper, etc., and use the glaze as a basting sauce.

Or... throw some in a blender with ice cream or yogurt, and fresh strawberries to make a smoothie.

Or pour over lots of ice and drink.

Okay, I got the heebee jeebies when I read "marinating chicken breasts in it" and then

stirring it into a cocktail...yum!

Good idea; I just mixed it, half-and-half, with fizzy mineral water. smileys/smile.gif Refreshing!

Dunno; for example, a little fried-chicken thing in a Bloody Mary could be quite tasty smileys/wink.gif
