I sliced them in half and tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roasted for about 45 minutes. They only "bled" a little and the flavor was really concentrated. Thanks for the tip--I'll always peel them now.
Is Gretchen from THE OTHER SITE now Durward here? I have noticed, that is the name that replies to the Gretchen inquires here. I notice someone asked about her pulled pork and Durward answered, also. Just wondering....
