Hi Randi, oh they were so tasty! I used a regular teaspoon

heaped, to drop into the hot oil and I think it made about 2 dozen. Between the two of us we ate about a dozen the first night and then polished them off the next day (reheated in the oven at 250). oink! We didn't even use the tartar sauce, just a squirt of lemon. Hope you enjoy them! oh, and a cold beer to drink with them really is essential!
