ISO: ISO How to make Panera's Cinnamon Crunch Bagels

So unlike him but DH had one at a meeting and is love with them. I need to try one but has anyone made them or have any ideas on how to make them? He also loves the honey walnut cream cheese and I can tell it's fluffed up to the max, not just spreadable but fluffed!

Add lots of fat! They are 10 points, unlike a normal bagel at 5 pts.
