whey that drained out of it for anything. I have about 2 cups of it. A little sour, but any suggestions? It must have a lot of protein in it.

I use it in breads all the time. for the whole portion of water. But if you are hesitant..

..at first you might try just subbing for part of the water to see what you like.

 
I also used it in Nan bread that called for yogurt. I used as the waster part and didn't use yogurt.

"water" part, no wasting the whey!

 
I can also use it to thin out some tahini like we were talking about the other day. Thanks everyone
