ISO: ISO: Is there such a thing as jerk sauce/marinade that isn't habanero hot?

I'd like to make jerk chicken pizza that won't kill me, really spicy food I just can't handle...

Suggestions anyone?

 
Heather, why not make some and leave out the Scotch bonnet pepper? Then use whatever

is your favorite hot pepper at whatever heat level you can handle.

Personally, I can't taste anything after the initial taste from hot, hot sauces...so I don't bother anymore.

My personal favorite hotsauce is "Tennessee Sunshine"...not too spicy, salty...perfect with hard-boiled eggs. Darn difficult to find down here compared with all the local Datil pepper sauces.
