it's really easy to prepare. I messed up a bit on the poaching since I've rarely poached fish and took it out too soon. I had to give it a quick nuke to finish it off so I think I lost some the flavor the poaching liquid would have given it.

still, it was very good and the sauce is a nice change from the usual sauces for salmon. I have a very good yogurt so I used that instead of the sour cream. lots leftover so I'm going to add some pressed garlic and use it on lamb burgers.
