When I was shopping at Wegmans, I could not recall the type of fish, only the sauce. So I inadvertantly purchased Talapia. It worked out very well. Thanks for a keeper. I briefly marinated, then pan seared. The sauce was wonderful!! Had to use canned tomatoes, and used the anchovies...Really great!

Served it with Michaels Rice with Spinach and Feta and a crisp garden salad. The combination of the flavors was great!

So glad you liked it , barb. I can imagine it was wonderful with Michael's rice. Canned

tomatoes are probably better than fresh this time of year, and I'm glad you weren't shy about the anchovies. (Everyone loves anchovies, they just don't all know it.)
