I have a lisbon lemon tree & naval orange trees that are producing greatly and I would love to make that recipe ~ I have been searching for your recipe for 3 days and cannot find it.

If I remember it was for a topping on a dessert around maybe Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Chocolate-dipped candied orange peel, one of my favs. Joe, can I make it with this reipe?

You're very welcome.

The peels here aren't quite candied--they're submerged in syrup. I suppose you could

cut them in strips and let them dry out until they're dunk-able.
