I made the Wild Mushroom lasagne with 3 cheeses (Love this dish, I made half with Goat cheese, and substituted Rondele for the other 1/2...My mom is not a fan of goat cheese); I also made a sausage/beef lasagne that I found on epi; served the bacon stuffed mushrooms (Very good!) and used your technique for making sausage and pepper sandwiches (easy, good and made ahead...)

For shrimp, just did a simple shrimp with cocktail sauce (heavy on the horseradish!) and served a caesar salad with Garlic Bread. Ended the evening with a simple fresh fruit salad.

Thanks for the menu and recipes! A good time was had by all!

Thanks, Barb, you've made my day! But it sounds like you worked way too hard on Mother's Day, LOL

I hope you had some help, and I assume you won't have to cook for the next few days. I'm glad the recipes worked for you.
