Dressing over a year ago. Did you get to make it? I just happened to have all the ingredients and made it last week. Very good. I used Penzeys' medium hot chili powder and made the dressing right before I used it. We thought it had a bit of a harsh taste, but I used some on mango and avocado for lunch today and it had mellowed nicely. Especially nice with the mango. I think the brand of chili powder used would really effect the taste, I will start with a little less next time.
