Hi Misplaced, unfortunately my Costco didn't have the book, and it
sort of dropped off my radar with the holidays, etc. I just heard another piece on the radio about it, and it renewed my interest in getting the book. Does it "read" well? Please let me know if you do try anything from it.
I am interested in how the recipes translate from Italian to English as far as the instructions for the preparation of the dishes - this was one thing the interview I heard mentioned was sometimes troublesome for the translators.
