Here is the print recipe. She uses lots of water, tomato paste and red wine. Cooks for 4 hours 30 minutes. You might enjoy the video.

Two cups of Tomato paste! Isn't that an awful lot? And no chicken livers?

Even a tiny amount gives that special taste.
