disappears into the creaminess.

Marilyn, My pleasure.....I did not use short grain I wanted to make it as written. Next time I

will try the short grain rice. I called my mom after I made it and she was so thrilled and cannot wait to get her bowl of it tomorrow.

Marilyn, Just sampled the rice pudding cold and it is so creamy....I also will add more

vanilla next time, the recipe called for 1-1/2 teaspoons I am going to do a tablespoon.

 
Good to know! I have regular vanilla, clear vanilla, vanilla paste and a jar with 10

vanilla pods covered with vanilla extract. I'd say we're covered.

Just picked up a half-gallon organic milk. I may try a half batch since my will-power knows no will-power when it comes to rice pudding.
