I bought frozen shrimp yesterday to make your polenta recipe. Heading out to Whole Foods today to get the coarse grits - didn't remember the ones I have are "quick." The 30-minute stirs will work well for me during news, dinner and kitchen clean-up. I have 3 days of leftover dinners and then we'll probably go out a night or two but early next week, with fresh farmers market produce, I'll let you know how I make out. Really looking forward to it!
