Instead of presenting it on lettuce leaves, I just served it as a tossed fruit salad. I cut the peels off the oranges, and sliced them crosswise so they looked like flowers - used them to line the sides of the bowl. Very nice!

I also did the dressing a bit different than the instructions - which called for the honey/mustard mixture to be stirred into the whipped cream. I just added the unwhipped cream into the mixture, and shook it in a container until it got thick.
