ISO: ISO Meryl and others re-grilled pizza - it was the subject of today's ATK episode

interesting recipe and technique (as usual). They used a tiny amt of whole wheat flour, I think it was only 1 Tbsp, and quick rising yeast, including all the reasons why it was better to use than slow yeast, one reason being that quick yeast can be added directly to food processor with other ingredients instead of having to proof first. Their site asks you to register and jump thru a few hoops so I'm including link to the page instead of the recipe to avoid breaking any rules.

Edit: Darn, site recipe doesn't go into details about why they chose to use quick yeast. I have episode recorded if anyone is curious about their exact "why" let me know and I'll review it and post notes here.
