and it is definitely a winner. Very rich and very chocolatety. We all thought this cake was well worth the effort. I'd say try it!!!!

So sorry not to have told you, Meryl. I made it too. We had a cheese tray and
about 6 different desserts. This was the first to go. Got major raves and there was a definite wow factor. I scattered a few raspberries on the serving tray which contrasted nicely with the chocolate and cream.
Will definitely be making this one again.
