from a blog called "bakingsheet" -
http://bakingsheet.blogspot.com/2007/02/sour-cream-lemon-shortbread-bars.html
The author stated they didn't care for how with other lemon bars, the filling sort of becomes one with the crust, and developed this recipe so they were more distinct.
I found out that I actually *like* that the filling and crust become one with lemon bars after trying this. The recipe itself is good - the crust is nice, and so is the filling, but if I want a lemon bar, this is not one I would choose, because the crust and filling are very distinct. Funny, huh?
If I made these again, the only change I'd make would be to up the lemon in the filling.
