Meryl, I just saw your post- here is a T&T dressing recipe I use- I usually put it on cold noodles but it wold be delicious on a green salad too:
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sherry
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp hot chili oil
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp minced ginger (I use pickled ginger)
Whisk together- and thin out with a bit of water if it is too thick for your taste.
