It was outstanding!

I didn't follow exactly - I skipped the crumb topping and just grated the Parmesan over the top instead of stirring it in to the mixture.

On sale at Costco in a 3-pack

I like the herbed cheese as stuffing in between 2 thin hamburger patties or in chicken breasts. I'll bet the spinach is divine! Colleen
