I did a couple of things differently.... I soaked the bamboo skewers for 1 hour to help prevent them burning up. I also dipped the meat in the marinade BEFORE skewering them so the sauce would get all over them.

Otherwise they were just wonderful. It says 12 servings, but I'm sure they mean 'appetizer servings'!
