I made this cake a few weeks ago for my husband's birthday breakfast. My family loved it!

I would like to make it for a wedding brunch. Is it possible to make it in a bundt pan?

I've never tried it in a bundt pan. I think the only thing to consider is volume, and there...

...are folks here who are waaaaay better at the math to convert the size than I.

I just did a volume check the easy way on the 10" x 15" pyrex I use to...

...bake a double batch. I filled the pan with 12 cups of water and it came close to filling the pan 3/4 of the way up.

The same 12 cups of water comes within an inch of the top of my bundt pan (a "12 cup" bundt pan).

I would check your bundt pan and see if you can do a double batch in it.

My bundt pan holds just over 12 cups. When I get a chance I'm going to try it. I'll let you know if it works.

What would you do with the topping? put 1/2 in the bottom of the bundt so it's on top, or

put it on top of the batter and flip the bundt over so the bottom is the top. Does this make any sense?
