It was very good. I brought it to an outdoor potluck picnic where I knew it would be outside for a while. (Did not want to bring anything with mayo). I doubled the recipe, brought about 2/3 to the picnic w/o the meat, the remaining I left for us to eat at home w/ shredded chicken. What a great salad! It looks so pretty! Very nice flavors. Next time I might add a bit of some thai basil instead of the spinach, if I plant it in my garden.

Thanks for a great recipe. I will definitely make it again, especially during the hot summer!

Best,

Barb

Ah Marilyn San, I may very well have crossed paths with you in Manayunk...

I'm just so very thankful that we sick puppies were able to meet, drink, eat, and enjoy the waterskiers and gardens at the now defunct Cypress Gardens (for those of you who don't know, Lego Land took over that beautiful icon in Winter Haven, FL - Bwaaaa!!).

We need another reunion some day. Lego Land? LOL

I remember you two! I was in the area from 1989-2001. During the Manayunk

Art Show there was a restaurant that had a sidewalk stand set up in front. They sold the best crab cake sandwiches. We would lunch on these at every year during the art show. There was an excellent sushi place on the second floor overlooking the street.
