it is delicious! It is a soft bread, very spicy but not overwhelmingly so. Nor is it overly sweet with just 3/4 C sugar. I am looking forward to having it with a schmere of pumpkin or apple butter, mmmmm.

Oh, I made it with fresh pumpkin puree, 2C seemed to do the trick.

I'm trying that one too. Tonight. Good to know that 2 cups fresh puree = 1 can of pumpkin puree.
