ISO Michael regarding your My Favorite Coffee Cake.., so good

Michael,

I have been making your coffee cake every Saturday for the staff of the company, it tastes so good. Questions:

I use half crisco and half butter, but soon I will be running out of crisco and use all butter. Any other adjustment I have to make doing this?

Did you ever triple this recipe? Can I use a lasagna pan to do this, would the deeper pan affects the end results?

Do I have to triple the topppings also, or doubling will be sufficient?
