Hi Michelle....I don't think I'm finding the right cookie for you...

This link shows a version by Sherry Yard topped with Michel Cluizel chocolate. Sherry Yard's book is at our library and I can get that later in the week for you if this is what you're after. It sounds like it is made with almond flour.
