and I can't wait to try it! Thank you so much! What is your favorite way to use this particular mustard? I looks so yummy!

It came a few days ago but we've been in the middle of power outages with all the ice and I had 9 people in my house for several days. So it took me awhile to get here. We were even without power for 10 hours yesterday after it being back on for several days.

My husband has been eyeing the mustard - he is a real mustard freak, also.

yeah!! smileys/smile.gif i'm so glad it arrived! i use it anywhere where i'd use dijon>>

i use them in vinaigrettes, alongside cooked meat (like sausage/ham), spread on meat or fish before roasting - the mustard seeds get nice & toasted, also mixed w. mayo in sandwiches or potato salad.
