I bought the magazine to read on the plane. It is a 4 hour read, just right for my flight back home packed in like a sardine(or anchovy). I must say I found some good easy recipes and this wooden spoon site. I can do without the repeated yum-oh and EVOO and "3 turns of the pan" though. They had a nice article on the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race. I must write to correct them though. It is a sled dog race, not a dog sled race. The dogs are sled dogs and they race, not the sleds. They didn't do their homework. Maybe they will send me a t-shirt(I hope not).http://www.woodspoon.com/index.asp?
