that my password was not accepted, so I had to request what it was. An email sent to me said my password was changed. OK, now I was logged into FK and had to be away from my computer for about an hour and when I came back, I had to log in again. Help! Even with the new password, I had to log in with a new visit.

I have deleted my cookies and cleared the temp. internet files.

 
When you log in, do you click on "Remember me on this computer"?

That sets a cookie on your computer that allows it to recognize you. If you log in with a different computer, or if you delete your cookies, or if your Internet security program (such as Norton) is messing with your cookies, then it won't recognize you.
