I made 1 and 1/2 times the amount of cake and left the crumb topping amount as it was. Still didn't use it all and I was also disappointed in it. The cake was fine but the topping tasted like raw flour to me. Added a bit more cinnamon to the top but it still doesn't taste like I want to share it with anyone. If I make it again, I'll use the cake recipe and use Martha's streusel topping
