Can Moderator please correct cookie recipe name and instructions to remove ? symbol throughout? "Penny�s Rolled SugarCookies"

I searched Penny's & Pennys but get no results.

Please correct or update to: Penny's Sugar Cookies and/or Pennys' Sugar Cookies (Rolled) (with Chocolate variation) whichever allows a partial or exact match to quickly find the recipe.

Recipe holds shape very well using cookie cutters, but sometimes I roll dough into balls and pressed them down with a glass dipped in sugar.
