The batter instructions refer to oil to be combined in wet ingredients but there is no oil in the ingredients list. How much? I have to make this. It looks wonderful.

 
Melissa, not sure if you're in a time crunch to bake this immediately....this looks like the same recipe

It adds: 2 Tablespoons of canola oil

(MoNJ...forgive me for jumping in. I was just toddling around here and had time to google. Geez...now I'm craving warm crumb cake. Oh man, this is going to be a long day.)

Thanks Marilyn, I forgot when I copied the recipe

that the oil was missing (had to quick look up while making the cake)

Note: The batter will be fairly sticky.

 
Thanks to both of you. I thought about going ahead & was guessing between 2 and 4 tblsp. so I would

not have been far off. Think I'll do this next week where all ingredients are prepped and ready the night before so I can just stir it together & bake & take to work.
