it came out very good, I can't remember what the recipe was for. I remember flipping through a cookbook, stopping at that page, and thinking "I didn't know it had LIME juice in it!"

Now I can't remember what it was called and so I can't reproduce it! I know it originally called for chicken breasts (but I used boneless turkey fillets), and that it also had ginger in it. And possibly cumin or curry. Not chicken piccata, but something like that I made it in a crockpot and cooked it on low for about 6 hours.

Any ideas? Thanks.

PS It gave the "turkey and biscuits" I made last night a very unconventional, but very good, taste.

I made an indian chicken dish similiar to the one you are describing. Yogurt? Can you use that in a

crock pot?

I didn't mention yogurt, but now that you mention it, I think it was Indian.

Maybe Tandoori chicken, does that have ginger lime, cumin, and ginger in it? I think you've got it!

Dawn, tandoori is a grilled chicken. It sounds more like you had a curry sauce of some kind?

Thanks, it was tandoori chicken, adapter for the slow cooker. Although not this

exact recipe, it had many of the same flavors. I knew you can't use yogurt in a crockpot, so I used heavy cream instead (just a touch). Thanks again for tweaking by brain!
