ISO: ISO: Need your help coming up with some 'fun' names for dishes served at a Casino night

I don't need actual recipes - just fun names for dishes that could be served at a Casino party. I'm writing an article for a friend on how to give a Casino-themed party and one of my suggestions (if you aren't serving an all-you-can-eat buffet:) is to put a 'menu' of the meal on every table with fun names for each of the dishes (so it could be appetizers, entrees, sides, etc.). I am SO uncreative and can't think of a thing (well - of course 'clams casino' comes to mind but I have to stay away from pork and shellfish (fish is fine tho).

Cute names, I tried and I just couldn't come up with anything. But, I don't like casinos much, too much cigarette smoke.
