I only want to do one fondue so I'm doing MoNJ's addition of Caramelized Shallots to RuthAB's Classic Swiss Fondue. Along with crusty bread, apples, cauliflower, and radishes I'm thinking of adding baked meatballs and/or grilled hot Italian sausages.
